This is our lower control arm set for air bags. It's basically the same as the regular 1" shorter per side arms and it has the bag plate with mounting holes for the bags.

These are tubular control arms made for the 03-11 Ford Crown Vic bolt in aluminum crossmember. They are 1" shorter per side. They mount directly to the stock aluminum crossmember the same as the factory arms. These have a plate mount for air bags. They are made from 1.25" O.D. DOM tube with a .250" wall. All bushing outer and inner sleeves are also made with DOM tube. The arms are fully tig welded by me personally. All machine work and welding is done in house by me or my son Casey, a CNC machinist who turns all our bushings as well as cutting and bending tubing. These are made in a jig for repeatable accuracy. We have 20 plus years experience making tubular control arms. Our history is in tube chassis and control arms made mostly for air bags. We have made tube arms for all kinds of trucks both full size and any brand or year model of minitruck made. These are shown in bare steel to show the heat signature of the welds. Generally we prefer to use an etching primer to prevent rust. We will soon be offering powdercoating.

Two 1.5" diameter .250" thick stainless washers for rear bushing. Two 1/2-13 x 4" grade 8 bolts for rear bushing. Two 5/8-11 x 5.5" grade 8 bolts for lower front bushing. Two cam washers large. Two cam washers small. Two 5/8-11 grade 8 locknuts
