Email: Chassispartsonline9900@gmail.com is our email. If you contact us about an order please use the order number (last three digits) in the subject line. That makes it much easier to look up. We reply to emails in the morning before work, sometimes at lunch when we have time and after work. So expect replies then. Also if you email and I fail to reply within 12 hours, fire off another email. I have a bunch to do and I forget small things all the time. I generally have two dozen emails a day to answer or reply to much less all the junk emails we sort thru. 

Phone calls: We accept phone calls about products. We will be glad to take a call about items and how they work or fit or what you may need to order. However if you need an update on an order, please refer to email as accepting a call means I have to stop what I'm doing, remove welding helmet, gloves etc to answer the phone. If you need an update I have to go in the house to the office and look up the order by number which really takes a bit of time away from the shop. We generally have about 50 open orders at any given time and as a one man shop that's difficult and every minute is valuable. 

Text messages: Text messages are great for communication, just don't expect an immediate reply. Many times the phone is in my pocket and I don't hear it ding or it's on a shelf hooked to the charger connected blue tooth to the stereo. If you text about an order please include the order number (last three digits) and I'll reply as soon as I can. If I don't within 4 hours, fire off another one as I forgot to reply or missed or deleted the message by mistake.
