Legal notice

This is a corporation incorporated in Texas January 1st, 2024. I am an employee of the corporation and it has three share holders. I own three shares of stock. Two of my sons own a share each. This is how I make my living. It's not a side hustle or just a work out in the garage thing. It's a fully legal Texas corporation collecting sales tax (Shopify does that and remits it to each state) and paying taxes in Texas as an S corp.
