Refund policy

Returns are accepted if item is un used and returned in original condition with all parts. This return policy only applies to un damaged items. This includes damage during return shipping. Our items are heavy and packaged in cardboard boxes with multiple layers of cardboard to keep items from banging into each other, scratching each other etc in the box. If the item comes back to us and is damaged we may not be able to accept it for return. At that point you still own the item and it's now needing to be sent back to you. If you have purchased our items you see how much care we put in boxing the item up and that's what we expect the item to be packaged like for return shipping. Of course this policy does not apply to items we shipped to you which are wrong or damaged or missing parts etc. If we screw up we make it right. 

Once ball joints have been installed in lower arms they are not returnable unless the ball joints are removed. Used ball joints are not returnable and are not warrantied past 90s days on strut or coil over arms. Control arms for air bags, ball joints have no warranty. Why? Simply because bags require lots of travel and sometimes hitting the end of travel on ball joints. They take some abuse when a system is not set up properly and/or not maintained properly. On bags control arms we recommend greasing the ball joints every time the oil is changed. Easy way to keep track of when it's done. 

Porch Pirates: Once UPS delivers an item, it's yours. If a porch pirate takes it, we are not responsible and neither is UPS and they will not take responsibility. Please make sure you have a safe place to deliver items to. We ship UPS on everything unless it's going over seas or special places like Hawaii or Canada. UPS will hold an item for you and you can also join UPS my choice and they will deliver it to a different location or deliver when you want it. Don't let sorry ass porch pirates win. They don't need suspension parts. 

Refunds: Refunds are made through the Shopify site and their payment system. We have no access to it other than to initiate a refund. It happens how and when they do it. It could be quick or it could take days. The way Shopify works is they handle payments and send us a deposit on sold items. We have no access to any card info or any way to even take a payment online or over the phone. All payments go thru the Shopify website. They take all cards and even have payment plans.
