Terms of service

All sales are final. Warranty covers the item purchased as in control arms, crossmembers etc. Items not covered are: ball joints, poly bushings, bolts, nuts, washers, spacers, sleeves.
Warranty against defects in workmanship for one year. 
Our parts are intended for off road or show vehicle use only. Not made for street legal vehicles. To be legal for those, we would have to have them road tested and go through all kinds of legal steps. 

Shipping is not part of any warranty or return. However our policy is that if we sent you the wrong item we will send the correct item and a return label for the other item. 

Returns. If you no longer need the item or need to return the item you must do so in original condition. Original or equivalent packaging. We use multiple layers of cardboard so the items don't come out of the box or damage each other inside the box. If you make a return and it's not packaged properly and the items bang against each other and damage one or more items in the box, we will not accept the return. Please be very careful shipping just like we do on the original packaging. There are exceptions to every rule so contact us before returning an item.
