Shipping policy

We ship UPS ground on almost everything. We have our own packaging which includes several layers of cardboard. Our items are insured thru UPS for loss or damage in shipping. However this does not cover porch pirates or other cases of theft. If it's stolen AFTER delivery, it's unfortunate but not something we are responsible for. Ensure a safe are for delivery or use UPS my choice to have an item held at a UPS center or delivered at a different time/date. 

Our items are heavy so they do not all ship in one box. For example on a set of upper and lower control arms. The uppers ship in one box and the lowers ship in another. On a crossmember, the main section ships in one box by itself. The frame boxes ship in one box, the upper arm mounts ship in one box, the coil over mounts ship in one box etc. 

Items are shipped as soon as they are finished. Generally we do not have room to store items so they ship as soon as they are done. That means you may get a box of something and the other parts may be a day or a week or more later. Depends on what we are building at the time and how backed up we are in shipping.
