These are made from 1.25" od DOM tube and are fully tig welded in our Texas fab shop. They come with the following:
** Factory style ball joints #K500042 ** Rod ends with poly bushings and jam nuts ** Non press in ball joint plates. We use spacers and a hold plate. Much easier to use. ** Stainless washers for all bushings and black powder coated flange head bolts/nylock nuts for hold plates.

**** The red color in the photos is just for photos. These come in bare steel or with green etching primer in times when it's humid or raining at our shop.
Installation instructions:
Start by test fitting before painting or powder coating. Install ball joints by setting down in the hole, installing the spacer which fits around the ball joint, then installing the hold plate down on top the ball joint. Then use the 8 screws, nuts and washers to tighten down the ball joint. On the rod ends, use anti seize. Blow out the tubes in case there are any small metal slivers or pieces left in there. We blow them out and then bang on the table and stuff still comes out so there is a chance some may be in there. After putting anti seize on the female and male threads, install the jamb nuts on the rod ends and screw them all the way in.
There are two sets of flat washers. The Crown Vic came in two different widths where the upper control arms mount. One is 7.9375" or a metric equivalent and the other is 8.120" or metric equivalent. So whichever washers fit inside or no washers inside. Whatever fits your crossmember. Then use the other 4 washers on the outside and install the factory bolts.
