This listing is for 03-11 Crown Vic 1" shorter upper control arm set.
This set comes with the upper control arms, balljoints, poly bushings and related washers. This set is 1" shorter than stock per side. These are raw steel, no coating, no parts installed. That means balljoints are not pressed in yet.
The balljoints are the same K500042 that fit the stock Crown Vic upper (stamped steel) arms. The poly bushings are Energy Suspension graphite impregnated polyurethane.
The tubes are 1.25" od DOM tube with a .250" wall thickness. The balljoint plates are laser cut 3/8" thick plates. The balljoints we use are the ones that fit the stamped steel Crown Vic arms because they use a snap ring to hold them in salong with the normal press in fit.
Upper control arms box is 12 x 12 x 6 and weighs 16lbs
Two upper control arms Two upper balljoints #500042 (same as factory) Eight Energy Suspension poly bushings #2132 Four inner sleeves for poly bushings, .875" od DOM, .5625"/14mm id. Four 2.25" diameter .125" thick stainless washers. Go outside poly bushings.
